If you have knowledge with cheat engine you can make a lot scripts and you can do anything you like , so what beno means is that you need a level cap CT Script !

Make sure the file you saved is .csv ... Sometimes Microsoft Excel save the file as .excel not cvs
... I had same issue and i fixed with saving to cvs
