Know this is an off the wall simple question but - you are selecting to make it HQ correct? It's togglable to add them as just craft as opposed to HQ craft. Also anything that can't be HQ'd, wont.

Interesting as I seem to have the opposite problem, I dont seem to ever have a situation where it uses Jump, uses most everything else though.
