It is actually on the TO DO list, I'm helping him out a little on this. But those damn shugos are so random in NA, at least for me, I did around 160 COE runs and only saw the shugo 4 times so far.

Already did, virustotal takes 6-8 hours to show a "new" encrypted virus, so if you just recently uploaded the file, it will take that much time for virustotal to show it as a threat.

I do agree that ping has a high influence on the runs, I always get Rank S with even 1 minute left now but my ping is 50-75. With your ping you could get Rank A easily.
