2 DLL mods that interfere with Cryptnogi, what do they do?

NOFORCE.dll and Novichok.dll that came with the mabipake I downloaded.
I'm wondering what they do exactly. Do they load the other .ini files? Is that why Cryptnogi with those DLLs crashes the game?
