I see no need to update this trainer as Dwarf's version seems to be more effective. However, I personally can't get DarkREQ attack speed, and movement speed to work on my client, so we'll see.

I am not trying to achieve total 0.0 CD as it was stated that 0.6 was min. The problem is that even decreasing Cd from say 8.8 to 4.0 didn't make any difference. The skill still waited the full 8.8...

I get the same result as a0n0t and I'm using tempest charged bolt, Elec Bolt, and Elec Shock. Changes seem to be visual only. The attack to any direction work though.

The way item dupping works is alot more complicated than that. You can probably do what you're thinking in a singleplayer type game, but when it comes to MMO alot more stuff are at work.
