I am not sure if this will help as i didnt do this.I restored an older backup of the database and it worked after the maint.If this doesnt help you the other option is to reinstall your sql server.

You will need to do 2 things.First is to restore your entire PS_GameDefs table.Then do server maint.It helped me and i think it will help you.As to where the problem is i am not quite sure.
