I got it working using Jet, but it goes a little too fast for me. Occassionally it will click the inventory before my cap is there and then instead start buying 40 iron rings.

Yes, certain situations like that work for me. The best one I tend to do is just open a blank Windows Media Player and leave it open. That will instantly boost FPS to 38-39.
