you dont need to do it with insert item
you can just modify the lak of each necklace by rank, that way higher ranks of lak necklace give you more capacity
each time you level up a necklace it adds...

edit: next time, when you're looking for a merchant you don't know the name, for example the bag merchant, try using a query with some hint of info you...
