i got it solved now. by using acc name instead of mail adres for recovery but it's sill wierd that it sends the recovery 2 a diff mail adres then the adres given.

This one use the same website as origins and desire and the features are for 99% same as origins and even the drops, itemall, ingame notices...

There's enough ps (owners) who make mistakes and reset, rollback or even close the server forever.

I mean it happens often u farm for months or longer and then poof server closed so this few hours...
