This happened before, but it was fixed after the rollback. It was just a glitch nexon had, appearently rolling back helped. I guess they're trying to find a solution where they don't have to roll...

alchemy fireball is based on your alchemy mastery not your magic mastery, and it's a bit less damage (if u can tell, compare rank F with rank F crystal or r1 with r1 crystal)
