Hidden skill- AdministrativePicking and superWindmill
Anyone have any idea of these two skills?
I think only GM has permission to use them.
Is it possible to use them by editing skill.dll?
Let's say replacing healing skill with AdministrativePicking skill...

the only way to use them is to have a GM account..... and yeah GMs can windmill like hella far distances and with 0 load time.... and the "admin picking" is where GM's can go and pick up user only armors and other expensive items that you wouldn't be able to pick up.

Why can't GMs have hella long splashes with Smash too? Or even with Bolt spells?

Because there isn't code for it...
GMs aren't like deities who can do anything they can think of. Rather, someone needs to write all the 1s and 0s (bet you didn't know that they program in binary at DevCat... hence all the bugs*) for the GMs to do their stuff.

GMs are nothing special other than simple maintenance workers or Nexon pets that get paid, nothing more.
