whenever i try to equip it . the hp and Mp doesnt count? even i try to put life on it stil stuck on the same hp or mp.. can anyone help me? im using 5165 though

i have a nvidia geforce 960 but when i play a classic server . my fps goes to 10 fps and everytime i jump too.. is there anway to fix this?
