Lightbulb how do i make mobs move ?

i have a non loft source (kos source ) and its with inis

can someone teach me how to make mobs move and also how to add what they drop but make it so they dont always drop it.

atm i can hold about 20 people only i want to hold more

i heard if yo u change auth server it can hold 50 atleast

you should look at other npcs to know what flags and direction i would say D = 2 F = 2 ( or 0 for D )
and then the dialogs...
