I've got the same issue since the event, the bot doesn't want to shoot any NPC doesn't matter which one, i did not changed any settings as i had before the event and everything was working fine, configuration are correctly configurated.

@ Any idea on a potential fail on your code ?

Make sure you have extracted the whole zip file, both DLLs are in the same folder as the bot and that your antivirus did not interfere in any way.
