Do they get a permanent or a temp ban? If it is a temp ban, maybe is because they are using a bug to get access to the Raid Map without spend medallions.

I haven't been banned. Either because there was no ban wave at all, or because I was lucky enough(?) to have my PC toasted and not being able to bot. Perhaps they got reported?
