Guys I was talking too some guys of my guild now, and some got banned and they didnt use FIDDLER, so let's wait and see what happens because alot of people that use BOT wasn't banned in my server and I know the kind of BOT they use is the same of mine, so lets see what happens.

1st This is a forum you talk about what you want and you read what you want, your not forced to read and answer what you dont like;
2nd I think you guys care because you lost time to read it and answer it.

If you read the constitution of your country, if you read carefully The Rights of the Consumer you can read that if you spend any money on anything ( in this case the account ) that can't be taken from you... ( In this case can't be banned )

1. I want to see proof of this. NOT "My friend's brother's mom did it!"

2. "Constitutions" very greatly by country. And it is not a constitution that protects consumer's rights.

3. You claim they took them to court in your country and because BP did not send representation, they lost and were required to re-activate the account? LOL!!!! Are you serious? You're talking about laws and rights that cross multiple international borders. What country has the right to enforce a judicial order on another country, especially something so trivial as a computer game?

4. Are you really claiming that the accounts were reactivated within 24 hours of the "judge's ruling" in your country?

5. BP can easily show that under the terms and conditions, it is implicitly stated that bots and outside programs will result in account forfeiture. How did the judge overturn this? Furthermore, the rights of consumers protects individuals for a failure to deliver a promised good(as this case relates)yet obviously you and your buddies did indeed have accounts, cheated and were caught, then "sued".

6. If this is true, there are many, many people who would like to take advantage of it. If it isn't true, and i STRONGLY think either you or your buddies are lying, then you need to be banned from here as well as Seafight.

7. What did the lawyer charge to reclaim these accounts? How did he bring it to the judge (fraud? deception?...) How long did it take for the case to be heard? How many attempts was Bigpoint given to appear before the judge ruled in your favor?

You dont own your boat you pay for items and use it, you do not legally own it therefore they can do what they want. Correct me if i am wrong and hope it is somebody who knows what they doing.

Also i do not care but it is funny to see everyone butthurt and always complain how they were banned, because they cheated and bp says they will ban you for using external programs and you did it so expect you will receive a ban.

Doubt it would have been processed so fast, would have been in small claims court if i am right and can takes months to over a year for them to get to you, they wouldnt tell them to unban you right away they would need many notices telling them to come to court and not showing up to end that way.

In my country you have to ask the Hungarian Authority for Consumer Protection to fill you a paper that you can actually see why you were banned because they doesnt really have solid proof that you cheated they just say in the email you account banned because we caught you using programs etc.. soo after the Hungarian Authority for Consumer Protection filled you paper you send them back to BP legal division then they probably send you the proof that you indeed cheated. Then again if you say otherwise then you can go to the Hungarian Authority for Consumer Protection again and file a complain about the company etc... and the way you can force an international company to show up in court is that they offer international payment options.

Somehow I doubt we will see any actual answers. I would love to be wrong though!

My point about crossing international lines is not that they won't show up, but rather it takes time to put together an argument in a court outside of the company's country. It simply wouldn't happen overnight. Even if the country's court where the suit is filed somehow came to a quick judgement, there is no way the company would just say; "Oh, ok, we didn't get a chance to represent ourselves in court, but you're right. Please have your account back today. We were just kidding when we wrote the terms and conditions that you signed in order to play the game."

It's just not logical.

I doubt the quick judgement too that is just isn't how any justice system works. Also you are right about it takes time to make up a case against Bigpoint and you also can't go to your countrys judge you have to go to European Union court or International court. Ohh and how you gona give them the subpoena to actually notify them. These are all curious questions can't wait for this guy to give answers which he probably will not.

In the ToS YOU accepted, that if you use any kind of automated programs, the account you're allowed to use can and will be banned.
