Even if your friend report you, even if his mother is MOD BA or TL, even the support, they CAN'T remove your flag if you use VPN and also anonymous payment, bitcoin is nice, if you pay with skrill, take care to don't pay directly with your credit card, always make a bank transfer to your virual skrill's wallet before to buy items.
And if you already make all this, that's mean you do somethink wrong with the VPN.

if you do that you wont be able to load paysafe cards into skrill account,i tried it and the only option available for transfering money to skrill on a venezuelan skrill account was credit card

Oh I got a solution for that you just make 2 accounts, one from Venezuela and another from Belgium. Then you upload money by PCS on the Belgian account and send it to the Venezuelan account. Just like that
