Okay, the HP Manual define you entered is incorrect, you have entered two colors rather than the locations of the HP Bar.
When you have the color picker tool (Ctrl + P), click on the upper left green pixel on your HP bar (not the one on the water), then you will recieve a value like Color Picked: 7000888 at (271, 116) <-- You need to place the sections in brackets into the variables, so hpx:=271; and hpy:=116;.
Now the seachart, unfortunately, it has found false values, as you can see, your scx2 and scy2 are infact larger than your client dimensions - which shows this is incorrect and you will need to use manual define.
Finally your MiniMap - do you have the treasure hunter? if you do not, then this error will show.
Is your minimap clearly visible?
If your answer for both of them is yes, then unfortunately you will need to use manual define.
As you are having issues with these 3, i suspect that your colors are different - that is the only way I can think of it not being able to recognize a single color.
Are you using 32bit Color?
Then make one which does!!!!!
Na, seriously, it works perfect for me, and has for a few others who have tested it.

Ive just decided, anyone from now on who leaves me messages in a manor such as above will receive no help from me what so ever for any of my scripts. I do welcome constructive criticism and issues people are having - explained in a polite, well described way. I am doing this for free after all..

I was using on my pc but ı bought a VDS it says color did not match cannot click can you help me ?

I tested 1.3b and on occasion after sinking the boat nautical chart is closed and only the main page. Thanks for help

I have the same problem when sinking ship are often. the nautical chart is closed and go to shipyard to repair.
I'm using your Rshinybot all along, and the error is in all versions.
This is not a criticism ... DOING GREAT JOB

just disable island avoidance and see if this works

Ive changed the SysMessage check, now it should only check the left half of the window for the reconnect/repair when sunk button, that way, if a color matches on the 'Close' button, it shouldnt be pressed.
Ive also changed the drive, now, for instance if your ship is in the top left, and no shinys are on the minimap, it should now choose either Bottom left, or Top right to drive towards, instead of just Bottom Left as it used to - this has been done to help stop the bot from getting trapped between the guild island and a corner if you have island avoidance turned on.
If you have any other issues please let me know asap in detail.

The guild island avoidance feature does not mean it will not get hit by the towers, it means that if it does get hit by the towers, it will try to move away from the towers as fast as it can. Also, it will avoid shinys which are located around the towers.
Keeping this in mind, please be aware that there is still a chance you will get sunk by the island - however, this is considerably lower than if you did not use the island avoidance.

if i understood well by google translate you said, you use it on maps 5 or 6.
5 level maps have an island so... try disabling island avoidance and see if this works
