I bought the package as instructed. I get all the crystals and and shrapnels as normal. But My days of premium sailing on the homepage doesn't increase? Help! Spent like 36$

I also have the same problem , i bought the package whit 5 euro two times and i get all rewards but the days premium doesnt increase... know someone why ?
also i think isnt a good ideea to write an e-mail at the support

Yes, you can also use Paysafecards for the payment process. Actually you can use all payment methods it offers you.

Some players seem to have that problem, while it's working fine for most players. I heard now several times that once you get premium again (e.g. from a chest or from a code) the correct time will be displayed also on your homepage.

You can also click there:

There you can see the real date when the premium ends , even if it isnt shown on the homepage.

They wrote in an OA if you buy this package more than 1 time you'll get pearls for it.
