My name is Phoenix and I'm... *sigh* a noob
It makes me sad to say such a thing.. But its true.
I started my internet gaming *part time job* back in the days of Starcraft and Diablo, used trainers and such but was never able to quite figure everything out on my own.
It is something that I have always wanted to learn how to do, but was never really sure where to go with it.. Any good beginners guides anyone can think of? lol.
Anyway, wonderful site, though the only game that i play currently that pertains to you guys is 2moons, and basically I just got into this hacking and scripting thing, and am hoping to be able to contribute someday.
I can see the points and purpose to the 'no 1 click hacks, trainers, etc,' especially with everything that is running rampant in any server that you play on. But the only thing that I can say that I don't like about the threads that I have read are all the 'spoonfeeding' posts, with nothing else to them.
I understand that you guys have knowledge that I don't, something you've worked hard for and I can appreciate that fact. I can appreciate that, in by doing this ourselves, we will build a stronger community here and eliminate the perpetual leech, as well as building our own skill base. All I ask for is a place to at least start building my knowledge base, so I can one day be a contributor. Or maybe I'm just not looking hard enough, also it may be because I took French instead of German back in high school..
Also, if anyone cares to answer, what is your background in programming, scripting, whatever this involves? Just curious. Anyway, thanks again for the great site!
