"Hacking Trail has been Detected"

Im pretty sure we all have gotten this error one time or another. But however I get this error everytime I use cheat engine to test out if a a address I edited worked.

Is there anyway I can get this message less often?

I look for hour I change to "UNLIMIT" one time I didn't get the error and all the time of my items were missing lol. But it gets detected alot!
