Is it possible to make items with say, a 30 day durability always useable by using the item manager? Everyone is getting the Swimsuits and stuff today and unless your Pro rank or above, it's not permanent.

Item Manager doesn't freeze day-based items. Only usage-timed ones. Like FUMBI.

Isn't there a hack that lets you make clothes in the character creation? o.o; I saw a video of some d00d doing it in Korean S4.

So you're saying there's no possible way to hack the swimsuits?

You can't even get the entire set for leveling to 51, and getting 100k exp, you only get the top, and sunglasses. :x
