I am not a macro player, but I do consider myself a good mechanical player. And in the video you can see how this dodge (space + (a or d)) does before attacking with the dash(right click with Plasma Sword). You just have to look closely.
I suppose that in the script the reaction time of the dash will have decreased when it comes to doing the dodge.

Hmm Macros are too easy to counter, I use my Hands. These are the best Macros, trust me
