.SCN files to Blender?

Hi, I'd like to import a model from S4 in Bledner but I don't know how to do it.
I've extracted the files I want with ResourceTool but now how can I import the .scn file in Blender? Do I have to convert it with some other program?
I need help please!

compile it import a scn select all objects right click and export

But I don't know how to compile it, I only know how to use Blender...

idk, just one of my friend built it to exe or smth. u understand what i mean xd

an scn exports scn_part.
