Resource Tool Error After New Setup.exe

Okay so I am totally confused on this, I did search and all I found about this was "GIVE ME RESOURCE HACK NOW" and No. I already have the hack, that's not what I'm asking. Okay so I had to reinstall because I reformatted (long story) and after I install the game I extract the resource, put the 3 files into my s4 league root folder, and then I open it and it says

"Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

Could not load file or assembly 'System.Core, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

._. I click continue, the window comes up, empty, no files or folders. This DID work before, and I used it for 2-3 weeks, did they find a fix? I tried downloading the resources by the users and they all have some error or another until I'm basically screwed. My friends have the same version as me and they can still use it perfectly, so I guess I'm screwed? Going back to trainers for me? FML? I know it'll be fixed soon enough anyway but still.. any troubleshooting?

You cant import old .x4´s.
Export the files which you want to change, change it, and now import it.
It should work.

no no no, It wont open to let me import, export, clean, or do anything. When I double click it gets an error. It just refuses to work, and I have a 32 bit (i think) so the resource hacks posted won't work for me either. System is an XP, and one of my friends has the same problem as me, we havent found a fix, multiple reinstalls, nothing. ._.


Fixed: Somewhat, I downloaded the x86 bit after learning that x86 bit = 32 bit and after downloading the net 3.5 it works now. I hope it stays like this, thanks ^.^
