Would S4 Resource Tool work with Korean Resource Files

Hi i tried to test it out and had to download the game due to 445mb patch
when i try the s4 resource with korean resource files they open up would they work?
or not?

cause when it got cancelled other people had the beta verison which we can see the claw?

IT JUST WORK FOR ME the koreans thinks i have the real deal vital shock so they dont report me ^^

How do i get mind shock, grenade cannon, or even katana on EU version

it doesnt work...you can open res tool but some resources arent there / resourcetool cant find some...for examlple iteminfo ...you can see all "eu-resources" there...but you can extract/import only some of them

Lol, I see people with Grenade, vital shock, and katana all the time. Most of them are 'pros' on alt accounts. (EU S4 LEAGUE VERSION) i've wondered how to get those weapons. My friend wouldn't tell me, but he said if i went to right thing i'd get redirected to where he got his from. I did that, i got redirected there, but i X'd it off cause i was going to stop looking for it.. so lame. Thankz thow.

The Resource files In Korean s4 do work i got this korean friend that likes my bikini, vital shock (thinks i got it before it got discontinued so do every korean player) and new clothes lol
