Zu der Angelegenheit bezüglich der Lizensen hab ich mich schon geäußert daher werd ich das Thema nicht erneut aufgreifen.
Über einen Markt nachzudenken lohnt sich erst, wenn sich bereits eine Community gebilded hat. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall, dass das Spiel stetig etwas zu bieten hat und auch nicht an Reiz verliert. Damit meine ich, dass es nicht wie bei dem offiziellem S4 sein wird dass man sich ganz einfach über die Zeit alle Items permanent ansammeln kann. Es wird sehr viele rare Items geben, dadurch sind Skins dann etwas besonderes. Es werden auch nicht alle Skins kaufbar im Shop sein. Gewisse Items werden daher nur über den Fumbi oder durch Turniere erhältlich sein.

No. It won't be for the sake of money, we just want to see S4 get the treatment it deserves. It's a fun game and we want to share that fun with everyone.

Again, no. We had nothing to do with these attacks on the "other" PServer. Nor were we in any way affiliated with it.

Our server hoster has DDoS protection, so the "uptime" will be in their hands. However in the best case scenario, it will be 24/7.

We won't have region blocks on IP's or anything, but we will have a server-sided "warning" system for those whose pings get too high. If you get detected by it a couple times, you'll be kicked from the room.

Will it have the newest content from the official game?
If so, can you guys get in legal trouble for copying/stealing the same content the official server has? I know it's going to be patch 24 but... it worries me that this server could be forced to shut down like other great games's pservers because copying/stealing content from the original creators of the game is a big legal nono.
Is this something worth worrying about?

Doesn't matter if they're using the current content or not. Its not their content and aeria games/gameon can take legal action anytime.
The real question is if they're willing to waste money to take down a server
(The answer is most likely no)

A mod where each players start the game with the same weapon, when someone kill another player his weapon change.
When killed your weapon change to the one that you have previously.
The first who achieve to the lastest weapon wins.

Definitiv nein. Sowas führt zu nichts. Zum einen wird man damit nur unnötig unter Druck gesetzt und zum anderen wäre so eine Angabe ziemlich unpräzise. Große Änderungen/Neuigkeiten werden bekannt gegeben aber ansonsten wird es keine Information über den derzeitigen Status geben.

First of all thanks for this hard work, we really appreciate it, if buying points in the game will support you, surely i'll buy some decent amount in order to support you.
Fumbi shop was always special however, I think changing few features would be great.
To begin with coupon shop. Coupon shop was my favorite shop until they changed their prizes. I believe that ages ago, prizes were different, I think you could win a crow or a rabbit with just 100 coupon. I was thinking of adding more prizes with higher prices nevertheless a unique item is guaranteed instead of getting random useless ****.
OH, one more important thing!
