Fire Animation? ;o

Hi,
A few days ago I just saw a hacker did something amazing.
He like made fire in the center of the map, we was playing Chaser Circle-2.
I haven't a screen for it but maybe you saw that hacker somewhere, his name is Mfg.Saito, changed to Saito with a hack and Invisible and using PS booster to make that fists shield thing.
So I'm asking if that's a hack (trainer) or x7 edit.

I think it is x7 edit because I didnt saw a Hack that makes so a Animation
