i have the old installer if it helps you (downloaded on weekend)

Download the S4 Installer and Stop it at Update 16/17 (Terminate the Launcher)

Or with little understanding the Update Function, you can Download the .CAP Update from ther server =D (But need to find the right .CAp archive whos include the client you want)
