new acc combi bug

i created a new acc and requested some combis. people have acepted and leveled up a lot but im still 0/10

Are you looking at the Mastery points from your combi account? If yes, you won't be able to get them, because the oppenents are over 25.

The other possibility could be that you gain a level up in Mastery level and it's shown as 0/10 because it's resetting to 0 Exp again when you did a Level. example you're

thanks for replyong but no. theyre not over level 25 and i didnt level up, im still combi master level 0 and the master exp is still 0/10

Did you try to write with alaplaya support?
Maybe it is only a mistake of alaplaya.

You have to be atleast level 13 to gain combi exp.
