I guess your CPU is overloaded.

You just have to close all processes in the background which are not needed to play S4 League.
If it does not help then close your AntiVirus.

Would result in a emergency system shutdown.


Just by judging the situation as it's a known issue there are two possibilities:

- Reinstalling S4
- Checking (and opening) your router ports
