Is there anything permanent you can do with cheat engine at the moment? Or with any hack?
Anything besides:
Name Change
Card Hack
Stat Changer
Other than those, is there anything you can do that lasts forever?

Everything u do with Cheat Engine..like stat changer , the stat is avaible until the item u bought is expired.

Hmm .. as i knew. It's impossible for you to do that perm except the grandmaster set.
