Does anyone have this particular problem?
I am running Windows 7, and I have the latest Visual studio C++ for 2012.
Everything works fine just the buttons / windows do not appear.
I am running it as administrator with my anti-virus/ firewall off (even though they don't do anything regardless).
Please do not post unless
1. you have the same problem
2. Are suggesting a GOOD and CLEAR solution
FOR EXAMPLE, telling me to run it as administrator is one of the worst suggestions.
