Hellpp with CE

OK guys so i use project sun suspender so i click auto suspend everything goes perfect and it says suspended so now i resume S4 league i kill X trap now i go into inventory and Open CE now i want to change Rail gun to a Signal Rail gun.So the value For Rail gun is (2030001) so i put it then new scan and it gives me values so i tried changing the values and there was 1 particular 1 that worked i freezed the values and changed it to 2030003.So now i leave the channel and server and then reenter the server and stuff.Now i go into the inventory my rail gun is gone but when i click the weapon slots its there and says unavailable to sell. so i go to the shop and see that the rail gun has changed into the signal i don't know why it wont change for me so can anyone help me please.

Using CheatEngine to change the IDs from the weapons is really buggy.
I'd prefer to wait until someone releases an ID Manager or you're creating your own ( please Don't ask me how).
