[Question] Dll Files

i got a problem...
i download "Project HarmonY 1.6" and Harmony Suspender.
now when i open the suspender it write "MSVCR100D.dll" missing in my comuter.
now what the **** is that and where do i download dll thingy and DSVCR100D.dll thingy.

You dont have the netframework 4.0 , download it on chip <.<
