you get banned momentaly when you used it or when new patch comed but i pass alredy 4 updates, and didnt get ban

if you are so afraid just buy and delete combie sets and sleep peacefull)))

alaplay also dont allow to change or sell accs, for that also ban

i think they get banned because the "Bug" are Detected....
i know it  because my main account alrdy banned... 12 Patches
