Hey man you can never be able to get the Resource Tool by this way(if Resource Tool is alive):P
First of all you must find an editor to translate .x5 files...and then you will need to find a programm like the old resource tool to export and import the files because the old one is not working :@

so start searcing on the google for an editor....the other programm i can't tell you how to find it!!!
for help the language of the files is visual basic....good luck
