It works on Windows 8 x64. I have two comments:

1. after you win ~20 conquest matches, you get disconnected (Connection to game server terminated). I think the reason is that the match ends at exactly 4:09 every time, because one of the other conquest bots adds a few seconds randomly to get around this issue. I'm not too sure about this though; it may just be a problem on my end.
2. the F5 ready option spams your F5 bind, and there's no way to get around this, even if you clear the F5 bind.

f5 bot doesnt work, well it woprks but afte u finished 1 time conquest u have to wait a little bit before u press f5 , if you press f5 without waiting a messagebox appears and blocks the f5 bot!

You Mustn't Do anything After Finish and Wait and it will Press F5.
