lol I loaded Restore and dps get to enter the game without the hp and sp and etc, things of spells and then after 1 or 2 minutes going down

I heard something about that u can do the exp and pen effects by packet editing :S anybody can work on it or give us a tip ?

Requirements


[How To Use]
-Start EffectChanger.exe as administrator then start S4 League
-A form should appear
-Wait until you are connected
-Go to your inventory then change what you want put the old ID in the left textbox then the new ID in the right textbox, check the checkbox then press scan. Wait few seconds, a message will notify you the end of the scan.
-Press 'Change' button.
-Go into a room.
-Press restore in the lobby then start the game.

I've tried putting the .dll with other 2 Injector, but the program doesn't appear...

Hi Guys , i use this Effect Manager , like i did with IDM , but i get no HP+ ingame neither my weapons stats , i killed someone and asked which stats do my weapon had he said +1% -_-
I go to inventory , chose current stats i got for ex my gloves +8 sp , in left , then i check it , then i chose +30hp in the right box , then i press Scan , Then Change , Then enter room , while in lobby press Restore then OK , Then Launch , and my hp still 116 xD

Nothing Works except Face +6 ====> SP +40 Sometimes works
