How to read the .txt files ?

Damit kann man komplett die Datein von S4 ändern. Beispielsweise unendlich hp, sp, block, oder sogar PEN... aber sowas will keiner erklären. Zum glück wissen die Beta spieler von damals noch wie das funkt. Sowie ich

Ich denke net das es möglich ist, da PEN Serverside ist, aber natürlich kannst du auch recht haben

hey this is my s4hd file.atention plasma have 999999range and damage and counter have 9999range and heal enemies.only put on your s4 directory.

So Now the Question:
Who's the modified Resources? loL
The resources.s4hd is only the Resource Library and doesend change anything IN the resources (Inside the file are stored the informations like *** and ***... belongs to *** ...)

2.Wie benutze ich es ?
3.Kann man damit auch Kleidung FP's Hacken,wenn ya wie ?
