This hack doesn't work for 32bits.
Download MSVCP and stuff then put them in the same file with the hack.

[Tutoriel]
-Extract all.
-Start Synopsis.exe as administrator.
-In selection server, start the NameChanger.exe as administrator and change your name
-Enter in a server, the name must be changed.

False positive because of packer o;

Sometimes it will freez and show a message saying 'Don't Press Ok', you have to close S4 and open it again
