You can, but it's really buggy. You have to try dozens of times. Sometimes 2 weapons. Sometimes only clothes. Sometimes nothing. Sometimes whole set.
It's just really buggy. But it works. :3

IDM working without win8.1.
Doesn't Change Problem: S4 League Servers are so slowly.

The "IDM" is Designed to change Items it doesn't matter even if you're going to change a weapon to a face or to any thing the thing that matter is the status so make sure the status is the same for the Item for Example You have "HG"=Hand Gun , the status of any weapon in the pen shop is "+1" you need a shop hack or CE to change the Value of that "+1"1299600001 => Attack +1% Change it to the Unique Up +100% Status 100% Unique Boost - 1999811006 thin buy the "HG" with the status of that +100% Unique Boost , thin the time to change that "HG" to the Skin of the Status so you could use it as normal as any player (HG :2010007) (100% Unique Boost :5040006) and when you change it you're free to use it and get the stuff from the 1st or 2nd Caps

Doesnt work when i changed the effect from attack +1% to unique boost 100% then i changed the hg to unique boost 100% item but when i tried to equip the item it doesnt equip

I had this a long time ago, and until recent I've kept it private. This helped with my multiple character bottings and such. This should work with the current updates, since ArenaNet changed around their coding a bit. I've made it so that Gw2.exe is still hookable to any external hacks or bot.
