[Release]Packet Ids for in game data transfer

First off, I'd like to say my hobby is s4 league, and since im from North America, I will be playing on the North American Version. My S4 League Contribution will end for Alaplaya once the new game comes out, so heres my special treat.

The packet data comes with port it is attached to and what it contains.

1008 port 28013 contains your character name, and data regarding your characters score

796 dc packet, it contains the player name and connection time, edit and send to dc other players

more will be added later, as for now enjoy these.

I'll continue to make this list grow.
