well alaplaya has stopped all new regristration from egypt and its obviously for the overuse of hacks (most of them use hacks -_-)
and here's the solution for this probleme:

1* go to this link :

2* klick on "free download"

3* after ya download the programm run it to start installation

4* after installation open the programm and wait till the his signe turn from red to green

5* now go to : and create your new account

6* have fun ^^

don't remember to turn off hotspot shield before playing because it will lag sooo much

and its normal if you play without hotspot shield it won't make ip ban ip ban just when you make the account
