hmmm .. btw im from philippines ... im using hotspot shield as bypasser.. hmm yesterday im finish downloading the elsword client but my problem is i cant create my account ...when i try to creating account they told me that i must live in U.S .. someone help me to create an account..

elsword NA is strict lol
have you tried using hotspot shield or any other IP changer when accessing their website?
i advice you play HK, TW or KR (korea is better, but hard to register)
