[Release]Solution to Countries with Ip ban
*Explanation
Many people, especially in my country that is having problems creating account, I decided to do a tutorial!
The case is that in some countries mainly from south america, they were IP Ban. For some matters of business...
Because of this, we will use a type of camuflador IP ...

hotspot shield =>

*Turorial
First you download, the link above.
After you install and accept all that he asks.
Soon after it's installed, I recommend restarting your computer.
Then you open hotspot shield, and click Connect.
That done, you wait a bit until it is connected.
Once connected, you can create your account normally
After creating the account can disconnect and play.

Seriously, if you found ur way to avoid that IP ban, dont release it!
It gets fixxed and untill that we get annoyed by the most EGs again ;O

If you read the guide on how to run a server with a Dynamic IP or behind a router then you most likely ran into the issue with the c9 from a wan connection outside your Ip.
The issue seems to be the server programs and files not being able to pass your router when a connection comes in. No matter what ports you forward or what exceptions you add anywhere.
Our solution was this.
If your internet is set up like this
Modem > Router > Computer / Wireless PC's
