Why u guys hate egyS player so much ? i know that most of them are noobs and laggers !! i admit that but not all of them ... right ?

Distance is nothing when you have a good internet!
There are people that the U.S. has no lagger here in my country.
Why do we have a good internet!

Actually i saw only 2 EG players who have less than 150ms so i think good internet is not enough .... and it is an English Europe its name is europe its mean US players doesnt need to on it ! I thought its obvious. and i never saw US player who have less than 90-100 ms .... I think it doesnt mean they have wrong internet ... its everything about distance. I dont think IP ban is a solution i think alaplaya should make an other server for US and EG players
Maybe this is not possible .... i dont really know but please next time dont share this you called "bug" because the S4League will be better with out these laggers ! ^^

This was not a lagger problem, the problem was in a South American company. All players are from North American, are not lagger. less than 90ms.
Worse, there is players with ping too high, and the country is next to mine!
More short, if you have a good internet, do not have to preucupar with nothing. The distance also helps.

im not Peruvian so it doesnt belong to me ... i dont really know why did u write this ... and actually my ms always less than 40
but the facts are facts S4League doesnt need laggers the game experience will be better with out laggers i think we agree with this :P

If you read the guide on how to run a server with a Dynamic IP or behind a router then you most likely ran into the issue with the c9 from a wan connection outside your Ip.
The issue seems to be the server programs and files not being able to pass your router when a connection comes in. No matter what ports you forward or what exceptions you add anywhere.
Our solution was this.
If your internet is set up like this
Modem > Router > Computer / Wireless PC's
