TUT:

Extract all files in your S4League directory,then run CytriikTrainer.exe as ADMIN, then run ''patcher_s4''. it is in the S4 League Folder.

And for Item change look on the first page of this thread.

Nein kann man nicht, es ist nämlich clientside und nicht serverside... ap hack oder pen hack wäre serverside davon kann man eine anzeige bekommen.

TUT:
Dowload the zip and extract it in S4L directory, then copy CytAP.dll in the folder called BGM. Now open Cytr!kTrainer.Exe as administrator and then open patcher_s4 as administrator too.. And then, follow the tutorial on the first post.
