Just tested it (Nov 18 19:30) and it is working, though it crashed the first time. If you are getting a dll error, just get it , and put in S4's main folder.

There, you're good to go!

It lets you spam a certain key to correspond to whatever keybinding you have. If you use the default keyset, it will only work 1-9, 0, -. =... basically, your basic default keys for your lower left main action bar. Just download and unrar.
