EDIT: Alright so I made my storm bat +30 HP like he said in the example ([Pro]'s Example) So, how do I find out what the Training PS's value is? (Like in his example he said your storm bat is 20301), how do I know what my Training PS is?

Training Plasma = +0 = 20000 = 0; Threre many Values +0...

Damage Value = Stat Value = for example: +3?

Well i am trying to download the cheat engine but after i click on the "DOWNLOAD CHEAT ENGINE" it doesnt download anything ...i tried going on its forums but cant download o0 ...any help

Why are you confused? o.o
Just search for the Value and change the Value to another...
If you got a SMG +1 search for the DMG Value of the SMG and use 1 for the *.
Then mark all values and use the red pointer to get them into the other window
Now mark them all by pressing ctrl + a and rightclick them.
Choose Change Record -> Value and change the 1 or the * for the Value you want the weapon to be. The weapon will be +*.

dann drängt sich mir noch eine frage auf was muss ich zu was ändern um diese vorteile zu erhalten?

Und noch was jetzt nicht zu FP, sondern zu den neuen Chasern..
Ich denke die "Ophelia & Lilit" sind die Values dazu, aber nach welchen Values muss ich suchen, um den normalen Chaser zu einem der neuen zu machen?

Say I'm making my PS into a +7... How do I find the DMG value of the PS?
Again in [Pro]'s example he said the bat's ID (20301) and then to switch it to 1030, but how do I know the ID for +7 DMG, and how do I find the PS's ID (Ex: 20301 for bat) ??
